Consumer's First Endorses 2006 Disclosure Comparison Report

To Whom It May Concern,

As the President of Consumers First, I have continuously strived to protect the rights of consumers. So, when asked to review the annual Property I.D. Natural Hazard Disclosure Industry Comparison Report, I did not hesitate to accept since I had used their services in the past.

I found the attached 2006 analysis to be an objective and user-friendly comparison of the reports available through the various California disclosure providers. Anyone who takes the time to read these reports will come to the same conclusions arrived at by law professors, the legal departments of the State’s largest brokerages, and real estate experts who have taken the time to research this industry: Property I.D. remains the only disclosure provider that meets the needs of consumers in the real estate industry, accurately includes all legally required disclosures in its reports and protects all of its clients from any claims arising from its reports.
