• AB-38 Fire Safety, Home Hardening, and Defensible Space Form

  The AB-38 FIRE SAFETY, HOME HARDENING, AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE FORM can be filled out by sellers to meet the requirements of AB-38, thereby disclosing to sellers the state of home hardening on the property that affects its vulnerability to fire and flying embers. This form, or it’s equivalent, is required for properties in high or very high fire hazard severity zones and may be offered voluntarily when not required.
