Last Wednesday night, November 11th from 6pm to 8pm, more than three hundred WCR members from around the nation enjoyed a wonderful wine and cheese reception hosted by Property I.D at the San Diego Wine & Culinary Center just one block from beautiful San Diego Harbor.
All of the attendee's were excited by the opportunity to mingle with old friends while making new ones as they enjoyed a great assortment of wine and cheeses in a warm and relaxing environment. Besides the beautiful open room inside, where most of the festivities were held, there was also a nice area outside complete with tables and chairs and open pit fireplaces.
Among the more notable attendees was Becky Hill, the National President of WCR as well as Mike Riley the 2009 California WCR President, Barbara Saffron, the incoming 2010 California WCR President, Linda Lee, the San Diego WCR President and Lela Hankins President of the North San Diego County Chapter of WCR.
Becky Hill spoke at the beginning of the event and mentioned that she had requested Property I.D. to host the event since earlier this year Property I.D. had a wonderful turn out for a cocktail party held in Sacramento to celebrate the newly elected California President of WCR, Mike Riley which was hosted by Christina Helman, Vice-President of Sales for Northern California.
Property I.D. staff were on hand to help solidify their existing relationships with WCR while forging new ones. We would also like to thank all the Property I.D. Sales Representatives that helped make the reception such a hit with particular thanks extended to Joyce Lang who worked closely with the San Diego WCR Chapter and Diane Busch the incoming California WCR Governor by choosing the wonderful location, picking out the menu and handling all the catering.
