Belonging to the Women's Council of Realtors (WCR) offers a myriad of advantages to Real Estate Agents across the nation. WCR was established in 1938 and still has 37 original members today with over 16,000 participating members nationwide. Property I.D., in turn, has benefited in being a 2009 Platinum Sponsor for the California State Chapter of the WCR and we are members of all local chapters of the WCR throughout California as well.

Many of these Chapters Members attended the hugely successful WCR conference in Sacramento this past week.

If you do not already belong to the WCR you should join because they are a vibrant group with a positive attitude. There's lots of fun, laughter and amazing professional leadership within the Real Estate Industry.

Property I.D. was honored and excited to host the Presidential Cocktail Reception at our beautiful Sacramento office located in the heart of Mid-Town Sacramento. Our Victorian home office was not only beautiful and charming; it was also the perfect environment for such an incredible and highly energized event which could only have been so with all the members of the WCR on hand.

Over 200 hundred WCR members and Property I.D. staff enjoyed mingling, music, food and beverages well past the scheduled event's time frame. It was an absolute success!

Mike Riley, President of the California State WCR chapter, even learned a few dance moves from Property I.D. Sales Executive Monica Rogers. Mike stated, "This is the best Presidential Cocktail Reception I have ever attended."

National Women's Council of Realtors, Anita Davis from Maryland, was also in attendance saying, "It was a wonderful venue, location and beautiful office to have the reception."

Kathy Bell, President of the Local Sacramento WCR Chapter, thanked Property I.D. for hosting the, "Most amazing Presidential Cocktail Party, with such amazing food from Mama Kim Cooks." Beverages were served by Property I.D.'s own Ben Holland; while music was provided by Sales Executive Ingrid Westgard!

All of Property I.D. Sales Executives had an amazing time; saying so after all had ended.

Event quotes included: "The friendships we established here tonight will last a life time." "Joining the WCR has brought many opportunities to Property I.D." "This event uplifted people with such a positive outlook in such challenging times. It was truly inspiring."

Property I.D. also supplied a raffle basket with a theme of "A Taste of Northern California", which included gifts that represented all of the Northern California territories. Items included in the basket were; Mercer Cavern tickets, Sierra Nevada Beer, Placer County Wine with wine glasses included, oils & spreads from the East Bay, Jelly Belly's from Solano, a Hurricane Vase, a candle and sand & sea shells from the Monterey area, coffee w/mugs, jams, jellies & biscotti from the Napa area, Ghirardelli Chocolate from San Francisco, a Silicon Valley chocolate computer, and lastly there was a WCR Sequined Tank Top from the Central Valley topping off the list. Sacramento's own WCR Chapter, Barbara Dunn of Elk Grove, won this incredible basket!

Property I.D. also enjoyed hosting such chapters from the Northern California area including; Nor Cal, Placer, El Dorado, Sacramento, Solano, Carquinez Straights, Delta, East Bay, S. Alameda, Tri-Cities, Yosemite, Monterey, Santa Cruz, Santa Clara, San Mateo San Francisco, Marin, Contra Costa, Napa and Bakersfield.

Additionally we enjoyed having many of the Southern California area chapters as well; the San Diego area chapters, Palm Dessert, Inland, Riverside, Central Valley, Simi Valley/Moorepark, Santa Clarita Valley, Central Coast, Antelope Valley, S.W. Los Angeles, Long Beach, South Orange County, LA-Orange, West Orange County, Canejo, Victor Valley and San Gabriel.

It was a highly worthwhile and successful event which we not only truly enjoyed bringing to the WCR, but most importantly, we were honored to have been a part of such a wonderful event for such a great organization.
