It is a network of successful Realtors empowering women /men to exercise their potential as entrepreneurs and industry leaders.

In 1924, the California Real Estate Association formed a Women's Division.

The largest Chapter in California, est. in 1964, is The Wine Chapter. Originally Sonoma County Chapter and changed in 1998 to include Mendocino and Lake Counties. This outstanding group of Professionals, lead by Terriann McGowan in 2008, set the high standard for their chapter through the WCR Vision Statement.

Effecting positive change in the profession and in the broader community.

I was to represent Property ID as an affiliate supporter of their Annual Fashion Show, in September and experience the professionalism and organizational skills of PJ Crockett as she executed a flawless event that benefitted The American Cancer Society.

Denise Horner will lead this Chapter as president in 2009. As I joined them at their Retreat/Planning Session for 2009 I learned more of their plans to be a magnet for career-focused Realtors with diverse backgrounds and a high level of professionalism.

The Wine Chapter is a part of a network devoted to being a strong chapter that consistently delivers value and provides a collaborative, trusted, welcoming environment in which members can achieve their business goals.
