The housing market is in bad shape... right?
Maybe it's not that bad in some places. Not surprisingly Beverly Hills is one of them. A house recently listed there for about $4 million dollars and received ten offers from wealthy and eager buyers.
Valerie Harper, co-star of the Mary Tyler Moore show and later star of Rhoda and the Hogan Family, is the executor of the estate. Though she admits the house needs updating, she assures that the good outweighs the bad as it is in a great location, with a beautiful garden and the perfect price.
The bidding was so fierce that the original asking price shot up from 3.7 million to the current selling price of 5.4 million.
