The second annual Valley Real Estate and Economics Conference kicks off June 4 at the Modesto Centre Plaza with keynote speaker John Chiang, State Controller of California. The Conference, that will host over 30 speakers, will cover topics such as local valley real estate, future development, and development of commercial real estate.
Speakers at the event will include Craig Lewis, Prudential California Realty president and Stanislaus County Assessor, Doug Harms. Lifetime achievement awards will also be awarded to Calvin Bright of Bright Development and Ken Diehl of the Diehl Co.
The conference begins at 7:30 AM and will conclude around 5:00 PM and will include breakfast and lunch. The Conference, which last year attracted 520 real estate professionals, has a $60 admission price and offers seven hours of California Department of Real Estate continuing education credit.
