Celebrate spring by dropping in on your listings with fresh lemonade. Get involved in activities you have been putting off: tennis, sailing, or taking a foreign language class. You will throw caution to the wind and become an even more attractive person people will gravitate towards, a natural magnet for new clients and returning ones.
