Ms. Havlik, a real estate agent for 34 years, is a "people person" who loves homes and got into real estate because she wanted to "make a difference in the lives of families." Born inland near the Mojave Desert, Linda took a drive about 40 years ago to Santa Barbara to experience the ocean. Once she saw the breathtaking seascape, she "fell in love and couldn't leave." She has lived and worked in Santa Barbara ever since.
